• 1) Fees are calculated for the year and divided equally into the four (4) school terms. The number of classes per school term differ but extra classes are given at specific times during the year to ensure that the number of classes even out over the year and that students receive all the classes paid for.  Fees are reviewed annually.
• 2) Fees are billed per school term, irrespective of the number of classes attended and payable in advance.  Amounts paid are non-refundable.
• 3) An annual administration- and registration fee is payable upon registration/enrolment and annually thereafter.
• 4) Students must be enrolled each year.
• 5) Entries are accepted on a school term basis. Should classes be terminated, an additional written calendar months’ notice fee will be payable.
• 6) The parents/guardians/student undertakes to pay all costs; including costs on an attorney and client scale should it be necessary to take legal action to collect outstanding class and other fees.
• 7) Participation in shows and exams can be refused should class fees be outstanding.
• 8) Exam results will not be released until all outstanding fees for the year have been fully paid.
• 9) No sessions will be given on public holidays, long weekends, Sundays and school holidays unless otherwise arranged.
• 10) If a teacher/assistant is sick or unable to do a session we will be using the online plat form for makeup sessions.
• 11) Additional fees will be charged for extra classes, where requested by parents/students. 
• 12) I, the parent/guardian/student give permission that my child may receive medical help from any available medical doctor should it not be possible to reach me or not in a position to give permission.
• 13) I, the parent/guardian, give permission that my minor child may be transported to and from the studio on excursions/classes and I/we indemnity Annette Erasmus/Coetzer, her husband, and Anri Coetzer or any other person or organization from any liabilities for injuries or loss what so ever that may arise from any event or accident during such transport and/ excursion and or classes. Kindly indicate if you do not give us consent.  Should you not agree please be sure to indicate accordingly at the bottom of the enrolment form as provided.
• 14) Each student are required to come to class wearing a clean dance uniform in good repair with their hair tied neatly as required by the teacher. Kindly be respectful by being on time for classes, exams, rehearsals and shows. If you cannot be on time kindly make an arrangement with the teacher.
• 15) Each student will be required to wear a clean dance uniform with hair tied up neatly like required from teachers. Kindly also be respectful in being in time with classes, exams, rehearsals and shows, exception to the rule would be if an arrangement  has been made to the teachers.
• 16) Please take note that from time to time we will be making use of photo/video footage from classes, exams and shows to be used for promotional purposes such as posters, advertisements, websites, social media networking sites etc. Feel at ease that this will be done in a professional way. Should you not agree please be sure to indicate accordingly at the bottom of the enrolment form as provided.
